Wild Raspberry Distillate 500ml
Raspberries are the forest fruit that keeps every promise made to your senses: It attracts your eyes with its colour, the nose with its intense smell and your taste with its sensual velvety aroma in your mouth. For our distillate we use raspberries that grow in the forests of eastern Europe. Here forests get cut down every 40-50 years and, until the plants don’t regrow, beautiful fields of spontaneous fruit sprout up, that we’re happy to take advantage of thanks to our collaboration with a cooperative that sends it to us in the best vintages. Even in this case the return is very low: from 50 kilograms of raspberries you only get 1 litre, but it’s all worth it. The raspberry concentrate, enriched by the fermenting process, makes it even more profound and complex.
